Now that the international breaks are over for several months we can get back to enjoying the Premier League again. With the return of week 12 we also get a return to FPL action and hopefully there aren’t too many injuries to affect squads for this weekend.
The weekend begins with Manchester United hosting Arsenal in a match that is a big one for both teams. Arsenal enter Saturday having won their last four away Premier League matches while Manchester United are undefeated in 12 of their previous 13 home matches in the Premier League.
Saturday’s fixtures also includes Southampton hosting Liverpool. Southampton are winless in their last three matches with their most recent win coming over a month ago on October 16. Meanwhile Liverpool are currently top of the table and have scored at least 2 goals in each of their last 7 Premier League games while also winning 7 out of their last 8 matches.
Saturday’s final match has Tottenham v West Ham with the Spurs having drawn their last 4 Premier League matches. They have allowed the fewest goals this season at 6, but they have only scored a total of 15. For West Ham, they have lost 5 out of their last 6 Premier League games.
Sunday’s only match is Middlesbrough v Chelsea with the Blues second in the Premier League table and allowing just 9 goals this season, good enough for second fewest allowed. Chelsea has also won their last 5 matches and kept clean sheets in all 5 of these.

There are plenty of exciting matches to watch in week 12 and if you are looking for good FPL matchups here are a few:
Chelsea are strong candidates for both scoring and keeping out goals against Middlesbrough.
Everton face struggling Swansea at home and should be able to get goals.
Man C travel to Crystal Palace and attacking options should be on the table for both sides.
Liverpool’s offensive power has continued to show this season. Even traveling to Southampton shouldn’t slow them down.
That wraps up this week’s Premier League predictions. Hopefully these can be helpful in setting up your fantasy team for week 12.
