Video Highlights from Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League matches for the Round of 16.
Arsenal 1 – 3 Bayern Munich: The German runners-up from last season’s Champions League final went to the Emirates and built a comfortable 2 goal aggregate lead, including the 3 away goals they managed. Arsenal statistically had more possession, but did not do nearly enough with it. With Arsenal’s only chance for silverware this season coming in the Champions League, they look doomed to go a 9th season without a trophy. I suppose that technically speaking they are still in it, being 2 goals down, but attempting to get 2 goals (without allowing any) in Munich is going to be nearly impossible. Arsenal’s single goal was the first that Bayern Munich has allowed in this calendar year to date.

Porto 1 – 0 Malaga: Tottenham transfer target Joao Moutinho scored the only goal in this rather one sided match. Malaga only managed to get 2 shots (neither on goal) with their 37% possession.
