Hull City may not be the dominating force of Arsenal, Chelsea, or Manchester City, but they are a difficult team that does have quality and has already proven themselves by scoring two goals in a 4-2 loss to Manchester City and earning away draws to Arsenal (2-2) and Liverpool (0-0).
Southampton has certainly been the fairy tale team again this season. Currently they sit second in the table with a 6-1-2 record along with a +15 goal difference thanks to scoring 20 goals and allowing a league low of 5.
Betting Odds via Bovada:
Hull City win: 3.60; 13/5
Draw: 3.50; 5/2
Southampton: 2.05; 21/20
Pick: My prediction is another Southampton win, but this is not going to be easy. Hull have made themselves difficult to beat while also being dangerous and certainly have a goal in them. While the match could go either way I do expect there to be goals in it.
